A lot has happened since my last blog. It's been a rough road and still is even more rough now. I'm changing my strategies in life.

They say that life teaches you lessons until you learned it. And you can only guess what life wants to teach you.

Selling is a MUST

At least for my opinion, SELLING skills is a must for all people. Whether your an entrepreneur, employee, or direct seller of any stuff, you must sell.

In any business, you're selling not just your product but also yourself to gain your customers trust.

You're selling your self and services to your target employer, so can get the job you want.

You must gain their confidence in you so they'll always comeback and buy from you.

Therefore, improving your selling skills would be beneficial to you.
In my next postings, I will try to relay all the things I can learn from the current book I'm reading regarding negotiating.

Negotiating is an essential part of selling. I said part, because there are still other parts of selling such as providing information. Though I'm still not really good at selling right now but I intend to learn.

One Step towards One Leap

It's been a while since my last Blog. I've been busy searching for properties to buy right now.

Yes, I'm searching properties but I'm not the one buying it or negotiating to sellers.It's more like I'm an agent than an investor but this is one way in becoming a real estate investor.

I'm looking forward to that day.I've already made plans on how i'll reach that point.But I'll update that plan from time to time as I learn new things.

It's hard to adjust your habits to accommodate this new venture but as the book, "who moved my cheese", says, it's how fast you adpot to changes makes you successful.

Change changes everytime. You have to move or be left behind. You don't stay still because the world is moving. According to the law of relativity(based on my understanding), One is moving in a speed relative to the other. Meaning if you're staying still and see the world in your shoes, it's moving away from you. And if you'll see the scene in the eyes of the world, you're way behind the race.

Still on hold

I haven't made any progress yet on this field of real estate.I'm still on hold to get money to buy me in to the group, Think Rich Pinoy Millionaires. But I'm still positive that I could make it and I will surely do my best. And with my girlfriend willing to help and lend me her skills(in negotiating),I bet this dream will come true.
More on negotiating skills of my girlfriend before I end my blog, she's really good at it.I'm still learning the key of the trades but I'm hoping that I will learn that, fast, before the time comes when my business ventures comes into motion. It's hard to depend on my girlfriend on negotiating.I must stand on my own if I want to build networks of businesses.
I'm also looking forward to build a team to help me roll my adventures as smoothly as possible.I already have my girlfriend, Lyn. I hope there's more out there that could help me achieve my dreams.

Bad News

As a starting entrepreneur who wants to enter Real Estate,this is really a bad news.
Especially if the person involved in the case shown in IMBESTIGADOR is someone
who is a mentor of a person who started a franchise network I'm currently eyeing on. This makes me think twice in joining the said franchise network.

For those who was not able to watch IMBESTIGADOR last night, Dina revilla is allegedly involved in a estafa case filed by Miriam Quiambao and other investors.

Though she is not really involved or in the management of the franchise network,there is still this suspicions in my mind of the truthfulness of the management and the security of my investments for the network.

As of now,I'll keep my ears on what is going on with the case and hope that this is contingent only to jovan apartment and does not involve, in any way, the franchise network.
